For the 2019 Young Arts Project, as a change from previous activities, it was decided to make a financial contribution to the ‘Outreach Programme’ of the Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival which enabled a number of authors of childrens’ books to visit local schools.
In parallel, members of an Exmouth Community College writing group wrote several poems inspired by living in the East Devon area.
